This was a kitchen we refaced with new door and drawer fronts. Our client lives on a lake and wanted this pretty teal color to go with the lake theme.
Minnesota’s lakes are know for their breathtaking beauty and from a design perspective teal pairs wonderfully with natural elements, appears bright and airy and is versatile to work with a number of accent colors.
For this project, we chose a one-piece MDF door for its smooth finish and durability. The process for working with new doors is identical to how we handle older ones, ensuring consistency and quality in every project. We meticulously follow each step, regardless of the material, to guarantee a flawless final product that meets our high standards.
After painting the doors, we applied a powder glaze, adding the desired depth and dimension that our client envisioned. This extra step not only enhances the visual appeal but also gives the cabinets a unique, custom look. Finally, we drilled precise holes for the various sizes of hardware the client selected, ensuring a perfect fit and seamless integration with the overall design.
